The McNeilus Heavy Duty (HD) Rear Loader is engineered for reliability and built to tackle the toughest jobs, including demanding commercial applications. While it shares the dependable performance of our Standard Rear Loader, the HD model offers enhanced compaction capabilities to efficiently manage heavy refuse loads.

With the ability to crush up to 1,000 pounds of refuse into the standard 3-cubic-yard hopper, the HD Rear Loader is designed to handle longer routes with ease. Its quick pack cycle ensures the hopper remains clear, allowing for faster operations on densely populated routes. For those requiring even greater capacity, a larger 3.5-cubic-yard hopper is also available.
